Our newest food pop-up! We are excited to invite our new friends into the brewery for a one-of-a-kind raclette pop-up. Raclette is a Swiss dish, also popular in the other Alpine countries, based on heating cheese and scraping off the melted part, then typically served with boiled potatoes.
